About the event

Anne has a Level 5 Diploma in Health Coaching, accredited by the NHS Personal Care Institute (PCI), and is a full member of the UK & I Health Coaching Association (UKIHCA).


She supports women in stepping off the diet treadmill and embracing a life brimming with health, fulfilment, and time for the things they love.


Through her group programmes, she guides women to develop sustainable habits to lose weight, increase their energy, sleep better and manage stress while building body confidence and living a life full of vitality and joy.
