Felt Flower Making Introduction Workshop

During this1.5hr workshop you will learn basic techniques to make simple yet beautiful felt flowers from felt sheets. 

This is not a needle felting. All flowers are cut, stitched, and glued together using environmentally friendly glue, florist wire and florist tape.

All materials included.

You will be taking home at least three finished flowers to brighten your mood and home.

'I love making felt flowers, leather earrings and a lot more. Designing and making beautiful objects is my second nature.

My felt flowers are mostly cut individually by hand, petal by petal, leaf by leaf. These are then put together using needle and thread, florist wire, environmentally friendly glue and florist tape. You can build your own bouquet, put stems into a bud vase or hand out as a gift individually. I also make table decoration, garlands, wreaths, head crowns, broches... If you see something you like but would prefer it in a different colour, size or shape let me know. Most variations are possible, and I am always up for a challenge.

Leather earrings are made from Italian leather scraps.

Making beautiful things is bit like cooking for me. I check out few recipes for a meal and based on those I create my own version. I get inspired by nature and works of art from all over the world. I am art historian and dispensing optician by education so seeing, beautiful things and colours is part of me'.
