About the event
2 session course covers all the basics from knife skills, food selection and prep, keeping your kitchen clean through to making meals to take home and how to store and freeze your food.
Monday 29th July - 5.30pm - 7.30pm
Monday 5th August - 5.30pm - 7.30pm
Limited to 10 spaces
Perfect if you're on your way to uni at the end of the year, or just great skills to have if you just want to learn how to cook and eat healthier.
This particular workshop will be aimed at teenagers - 14 - 19 years and you'll come away with meals you've cooked to eat that night or at a later date
